In 2009, the GASTexpo & ICE-CREAM Fair was visited by 15,000 businesspeople, all of whom had free entry with business invitations or preliminary accreditation. The first day of the fair is open to the public, while the remaining three days are intended for industry representatives.
This is a specialized food industry fair. In 2009, it hosted 300 domestic and foreign exhibitors. Exhibitors have been highly satisfied with the business generated through the Fair, and as a result it attracts a growing number of businesspeople establishing new industry contacts.
For 2010, the specialised fair VINO has successfully joined GASTexpo & ICE-CREAM. It offers exhibitors and visitors the opportunity to develop their businesses in the regional markets of Slovenia, Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Croatia, other former Yugoslav countries as well as in other potential markets.
